Wagtail Homes welcomes owner-builders consultations and the sharing of our experts’ technical know how and trade tips. Our design and construction
services are available for new homes, retrofits, extensions, additions, renovations, duplexes, town houses and villas.

Wagtail Homes is owned and operated by Adam Young and Nicky Hammond. Adam is a fully licensed builder and specialist in environmental design.
He has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry, and numerous qualifications in construction, furniture design and horticulture.
Nicky has an Honours Degree in interior design and draws her inspiration from her extensive international experience in both Europe and Asia.

We are located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We offer complete design, consultation and construction services in the area and further afield.
